Contrast Construction Ltd. is a development and construction firm serving BC’s Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley.

Our approach

The name says it: we bring clear, black-and-white thinking to projects that are often anything but.

Projects succeed or stall long before the first trade arrives on site. Permits take longer than planned, budgets get set on rough numbers, and the schedule absorbs the difference. We focus on fixing that: moving quickly through approvals, and doing preconstruction with the rigour of an engineering exercise.

We work with landowners, developers, investors, businesses and homeowners, as their development manager, construction manager, general contractor or adviser. We also help construction and development firms put AI to work in their own operations.

Pawan leads Contrast Construction with an engineering background (B.Sc., M.A.Sc.). That training shapes how the company works: decisions grounded in analysis, early attention to constructability and cost, and a direct line between the person planning a project and the people building it.
